This villa is located about 800 meters away from Foiano della Chiana, a beautiful urban center of Etruscan origin in the province of Arezzo, full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and services of all kinds. Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano and Cortona are less than 30 minutes away by car, while Florence is about 1 hour away by car.

This fabulous villa in the province of Arezzo invites its guests to relax and unwind in the nature of the Tuscan countryside, characterized by green hills, golden sun, sublime wine and unique cuisine. Guests can request transportation to and from the airport, guided tours, meals, cooking classes and other activities, such as fishing, golf, horseback riding, mountain biking and much more.

The villa was built in 1925, and has undergone some restorations and extensions over the years in order to offer all modern comforts. Just outside the villa is the splendid swimming pool with Roman steps and waterfall surrounded by classic Italian gardens and sculptures. There is also two barbecue spots, a 6-seater hot tub and an 8-seater Finnish sauna near the pool which can be enjoyed by guests exclusively throughout the year, there are also numerous gazebos and sun loungers. There is also a large octagonal fountain and another lovely gazebo with table and chairs. The property also offers a ping pong table, table football or table football, fitness equipment, 8 mountain bikes for adults and 4 for children to be used freely by guests and a children's playground area. Just 5 km. from the villa for shopping lovers there is a large "Valdichiana Village" outlet with 140 major brand shops.

The villa has 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 10 people. On the living area there is a large living room with sofas, satellite TV, elegant seats, a large fireplace with original seats on the sides and a table for 12 people, on the ground floor there is also a large fully equipped kitchen with a table for 12 people. Near the kitchen there is a covered veranda used in the summer for dinners in a cool and comfortable place with a large table and chairs for 26 people. The structure has 6 bathrooms, one on each floor of the Villa and 3 external bathrooms in the annex.

The estate can accommodate up to 1000 seats in the large garden, and there is a large covered marquee with paving that can seat up to 250 people. The catering kitchen and the 3 bathrooms for men, women and disabled people are located on the dependence and there is parking for a maximum of 300 cars.

It is possible to celebrate the ceremony with a civil ceremony by having an agreement with the Municipality of Foiano della Chiana (Town Hall), while for the religious ceremony there is a lovely country church from the 1600s about 200 meters from the Villa. For hospitality needs, other beds can be had in the nearby center of Foiano della Chiana, just 800 meters away, a 10-minute walk from the Villa.
