Making every customer's wishes come true, capturing the soul of the occasion and creating a handcrafted product in perfect harmony with the party, is the dream of Sara Stefanelli, owner of the creative cake design workshop. TortAnita is an artistic cake design laboratory that was born with a very particular project: to think of the party event as a "tailored" dress for the customer.
By appointment we carefully limit themes and details of the party. The design artistic cake will be designed according to personal tastes and the history of the couple together with the sweet and savory buffet that accompanies it following its theme. Hence the need for two spaces within the venue: one dedicated solely to cake design creations with its particular artistic techniques and the other for confectionery where cakes and buffets are actually made.
Each event is personalized to the customer in a strictly artisanal way, a UNIQUE work of art,
from the freehand sketch of Sara's artistic cake... to the choice of the smallest detail of the buffet.
